DONIPHAN COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 2:30p.m. Thursday in Doniphan County.
The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Western Star semi driven by George R. Blake, 62, Elwood, was eastbound on 200th Road at Tioga Road.
The driver was in a working vehicle spreading gravel. As the driver turned south onto Tioga Road, the load shifted and the truck turned on its side..
A private vehicle transported Blake to the Mosaic in St. Joseph. He was properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
