ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas woman on new allegations after an arrest.
On Tuesday, police arrested 37-year-old Cecilia A. Westmoreland of Atchison, was arrested on a Community Corrections detain order, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In October she was jailed for allegedly driving under the influence and assault of a law enforcement officer.
In 2015, she was booked into jail on requested charges of interference with law enforcement and later for assault and battery, according to online jail records.
