ATCHISON COUNTY, Kan. — Two people were injured in an accident just after 4p.m. Wednesday in Atchison.
A 2014 Chevrolet Impala driven by Tabius K. Ballman, 19, Everest, was westbound in the 1400 Block of Main Street in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson
The car struck a 2021 GMC pick up truck and then struck a 2017 GMC Terrain, both of which were parked on the north side of the street.
EMS transported Ballman and his 20 year old female passenger were to Amberwell Hospital for examination. Ballman was also cited for speeding and no proof of insurance, according to Wilson.
