ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas man on new charges after a weekend arrest.
Late Friday police arrested 30-year-old Keiflan B. Kelley of Atchison on requested charges for domestic battery and aggravated assault with a deadly weapon in the 1000 block Hickory, according to police Chief Mike Wilson.
Police arrested Kelley in September for alleged failure to appear and in July of 2020 on requested charges of disorderly conduct, according to online jail records.
