Kim Colleenn (Watson) Daniels 63, of St. Joseph, MO, was called home by her heavenly father on Thursday, December 2, 2021.
She was born May 3, 1958 in St. Joseph, Missouri, daughter of the late Clell "Beanie" and Donna Watson. She graduated from Central High School class of 1976, and from North Central MO College in Trenton, MO in 1993 with an associates degree in Nursing. Her career in nursing found her in ICU for both adults and pediatrics, and private duty before finding her home in home health nursing. She finished her nursing career in long term care. She enjoyed sewing, crocheting, and counted cross stitch. Her greatest joy was her children and grandchildren. They were a source of happiness and pride. She fought and won the battle against breast cancer in 2012, however, the fight took a toll on her body causing her to retire early in 2012. She developed lung cancer in 2019. After a long courageous fight, cancer finally won.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a pre-term baby.
She is survived by her children: Ian Ragsdale and Kayla Ragsdale, seven grandchildren, LaKohl, Dominic, Marquis, Elijah, Julie, Sylas, and Athena, brother, Ric M (Robbie) Watson, and one niece and two nephews.
