Samantha "Sam" Ann Milbourn 43, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Wednesday, October 8, 2025 in St. Joseph, MO. She was born February 17, 1982 in St. Joseph, MO, and graduated from Cameron High School. She was working at Daily's foods. Sam enjoyed spending time with her grandkids and family, and creating Christmas crafts. She was a member of the Parkway Christian Fellowship Church.
Sam was preceded in death by father, Gregory Nichols and brother, Geoffrey Nichols. Survivors include husband, Jerry Milbourn of the home, mother, Cinda McNutt of St. Joseph, MO, four children: Anthony (Lexie) Milbourn, Makaylla (Eric) Kelley, Shayna Milbourn, and Noah Milbourn, granddaughters, Leilani and Oakleigh Milbourn, grandson, Gunner Kerns, brothers, Badger Embrey, Josh McNutt, Allen McNutt, and Greg Nichols, and a sister, Re'Anna Nichols.
The family will receive friends from 10-11:00 am on Saturday October 18, 2025 at the Parkway Christian Fellowship Church, with a celebration of life starting at 11:00 am at the Church. Memorials are requested to the Samantha Ann Milbourn memorial fund in care of the Rupp Funeral Home.
