The Cotillion for Achievement Ball will be held tomorrow at the St. Joseph Country Club.
After dinner tomorrow evening, awards will be presented and students will waltz with their parent or partner of choice. The Cotillion participants are seniors attending high school in Andrew and Buchanan County.
All 16 Cotillion participants will be honored at the ball. Fourteen will receive $1,000 scholarships. The evening will culminate with the Awards of Distinction being given to one female and one male student. The Award of Distinction winners will each receive a $2,000 scholarship.
The female participants are: Sophia Jura, Central; Emma Loehnig, Benton; Sophia Mattson, Lafayette; Raychel McCamy, Central; Elizabeth Newell, East Buchanan; Cathy Nguyen, Lafayette; Andrea Simmons, Benton; and Gracie Wilmes, North Andrew.
The male participants are: Zamuel Brushwood, East Buchanan; Cy Carlson, St. Joseph Christian; Ivan Chatfield, Central; Jackson Cline, St. Joseph Christian; Michael Higdon, Central; DeMare' Howard, Lafayette; Gage Phroper, Benton; and Dalton Suman, Lafayette.
