ATCHISON COUNTY —A woman accused of domestic battery last month is in jail for missing a court appearance.
On Friday, police arrested 20-year-old Alexis L. Ellison, 20, Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
She is being held on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court.
On Nov. 26, Ellison was arrested on a requested charge of domestic battery, bodily harm, according to online jail records. She was scheduled for a court appearance on De c. 8.
