NODAWAY COUNTY —A Nebraska man was injured in an accident just before 12:30a.m. Sunday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Polaris ATV driven by Michael T. Gaa, 44, Omaha, was westbound on 280th west of Fortune five miles east of Skidmore.
The driver lost control of the ATV on a gravel road. The ATV traveled off the north side of the road, overturned and the driver was ejected.
Life Net transported GAA to Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. He was not wearing a helmet, according to the MSHP.
