Allan Ray McDonald 58, of Agency, Missouri, passed away Tuesday, June 17, 2025 at Mosaic Life Care in St. Joseph. He was born May 27, 1967 in Enterprise, AL, son of Ruth and Gary McDonald. Allan graduated from Mid Buchanan High School, class of 1985. He was a jack of many trades including work as a Security Officer and Construction. He also enjoyed helping his father at the family bait shop, Atomic Bait and Tackle. His hobbies included fishing and hunting. He also enjoyed his time coaching little league baseball. Allan was a member of Copeland Baptist Church.
He was preceded in death by father, Gary McDonald, and niece, Jackie Furbee. Survivors include: his mother, Ruth McDonald of Agency, sisters, Lori McClain of St. Joseph, and Stacy (Ed) Furbee of Agency, sons, Christopher, Kaleb (Ellen), both of St. Joseph, and Skylar McDonald, of Amity, MO, grandsons, Stetson and Summit, and several nieces and nephews.
Mr. McDonald has been cremated under the care of Rupp Funeral Home. A Celebration of Life will be scheduled at a later date. Inurnment will be at Agency Cemetery. Memorials are requested to Copeland Baptist Church.
