ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on new charges after a second arrest in two months.
On Wednesday, police arrested Brandon M. Brownfield, 33, Atchison, in the 200 block East Riley in Atchison on a District Court warrant for criminal damage to property and a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Police arrested him in April for an alleged DUI, according to online jail records.
