HARRISON COUNTY—Four people were injured in an accident just before 2p.m. Friday in Harrison County.The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2001 Volkswagen Beetle driven by Jacob S. Maize was eastbound on U.S. 136 three miles west of Bethany.The Volkswagen struck an eastbound 2018 Chevy 2500 driven by Leroy E. Gooding, 80, Albany, head-on.Lifeflight Eagle transported a 17-year-old girl in the Volkswagen to Children's Mercy. NTA ambulance transported Maize, Gooding and a 15-year-old boy to Harrison County Community Hospital. The 15-year-old was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
