ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas felon on new charges.
On Monday, police arrested 54-year-old Dale Birch of Atchison on a Community Corrections detain order. Police arrested him in August District Court warrants for violation of a protective order and criminal damage to property, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
In 2019, Birch served time for battery of a law enforcement officer, criminal damage to property, interference with law enforcement and drug possession, according to online jail records.
