St. Joseph School District Superintendent Doug Van Zyl has resigned to accept a similar position in Minnesota.
The St. Joseph School District Board of Education met Thursday evening in a Special Executive Session to accept the resignation of Van Zyl.
The resignation comes as Van Zyl was chosen as the Superintendent in the Lakeville Area School District in Minnesota
The Board will meet in another Special Executive Session on Monday, April 4th, at 4 p.m. to discuss the superintendent vacancy.
