DAVIESS COUNTY — Three people were injured in an accident just before 8p.m. Saturday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2002 Pontiac Grand Am driven by Evan T. Hummel, 31, Cameron, was southbound on U.S. 69 one mile south of Pattonsburg.
The car crossed the center line, traveled off the east side of the road, returned to the road, traveled off the west side of the road, down an embankment, rolled and the driver was ejected out the sunroof.
Lifeflight transported Hummel to Truman Medical Center. NTA ambulance transported two 12-year-old boys from Cameron to Children's Mercy in Kansas City. Hummel and one of the juveniles was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP.
