ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a Kansas woman with a history of arrests on new allegation.
On Monday, police arrested Sue A. Huber, 62, Atchison, on a requested charge of driving under the influence and leaving the scene of an accident, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
The vehicle Huber was driving was involved in an accident at 7th and Spring Street in Atchison. Police issued notice to appear in court.
According to online jail records, Huber has been jailed nearly a dozen times since 2000. She has previous felony convictions that include identify theft and fraud, according to the Kansas Dept. of Corrections.
