After unsafe court conditions led to the susension of a matchup between the No. 1 Nebraska Cornhuskers volleyball team and the Missouri Tigers volleyball in the SEC/Big Ten Challenge at Wrigley Field, the match has now been rescheduled.
The Huskers and the Tigers will now meet at the John Cook Arena at the Bob Devaney Sports Center in Lincoln, Nebraska on Wednesday, September 23rd. The match will be televised on the Big Ten Network and first serve is set for 6pm. The match at Wrigley was suspended with Nebraska leading Mizzou in the first set 11-7, however with a mutual agreement between the two teams, the match will start over at 0-0.
It will be the 38th match played in Lincoln all-time for Missouri. The rescheduled match will also be the final non conference matchup for both teams. Following the match, the Huskers will host Rutgers on Friday, September 25th. The Tigers host Vanderbilt on Sunday, September 27th.
