NODAWAY COUNTY —A northwest Missouri man was injured in an accident and later arrested for alleged DWI just before midnight Saturday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2024 Ram 3500 driven by Ryan R. Carter, 36, Graham, was westbound on Route V at Delta Trail one mile east of Skidmore. The pickup traveled off the north side of the road, overturned and the driver was ejected. He came to rest in a treeline northeast of the vehicle, according to the patrol.
Nodaway County ambulance transported Carter to Mosaic in Maryville. He later arrested on requested charges of DWI and failure to drive on the right half of the road, according to online arrest reports.
