
BROWN COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a wanted Nebraska suspect on multiple allegations after an arrest.
Just after 2 p.m. Wednesday, Brown County received information that an individual with an active extraditable Nebraska Warrant was observed at 415 Goldengate in Robinson, Kansas.
Deputies responded and the individual in question was attempting to load a vehicle on a trailer immediately north of the residence.
Deputies took 44-year-old Walter Lee Cole, Jr. into custody on a Richardson County Nebraska Felony Failure to Appear Warrant.
Sheriff's K-9 Carla was deployed and alerted on the vehicle where Meth, and Paraphernalia were located. Cole also faces requested charges with Possession of Meth and Possession of Drug Paraphernallia.
