ATCHISON COUNTY –Law enforcement authorities are investigating a burglary in Atchison.
According to Police Chief Mike Wilson reported the burglary occurred at a residence in the 1300 block Kansas Avenue sometime between 7:15a.m. and 5:20p.m. on Wednesday.
Unlawful entry was made through a window and jewelry was taken.
Police released no additional details early Friday.
