DEKALB COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 8a.m. Wednesday in DeKalb County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2018 Chevy Tahoe and a 2013 Ford Fusion were southbound on MO 33 approximately one mile north of Osborn. The Fusion, driven by a 30-year-old Weatherby woman, attempted to make a left turn onto a county road as the Tahoe driven by a 37-year-old Maysville woman tried to pass. The front of the Ford struck the front of the Chevy.
EMS transported the Ford driver to Cameron Regional Medical Center. There were no other injuries. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
