ATCHISON —One person was injured in an accident just after 3:30p.m. Monday in Atchison.
A Buick Regal driven by Christina Ross, 67, Atchison, was northbound on 13th Street and a Ford Excursion driven by Shandel Thompson, Atchison, had been westbound on Santa Fe, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. The two vehicles collided.
EMS transported Ross Amberwell Hospital for examination. Police released no additional details.
