Phase 2 of the St. Joseph snow ordinance in effect; remove cars from snow routes

Phase Two of the St. Joseph snow ordinance is in effect.

St. Joseph city officials say cars should be removed from emergency snow routes by 9:30 this morning or they could be towed.
