Virginia Rae "Sissy" Stamper 1945 - 2024

Virginia Rae Stamper, also known as Sissy, was born on October 2, 1945 in Leavenworth Kansas to Clarence (Monk) and Rebecca (Snookie) Stamper (Williams).

Virginia was raised in Dearborn, MO and attended North Platte High School. She spent the biggest part of her life in Dearborn in her childhood home. In her free time, Virginia loved to bowl and play cards with friends and family. Every holiday she had her house decked out in decorations. Virginia loved caring for her family and others. She spent several years working for numerous nursing homes throughout St. Joseph and Kansas City, MO.

Virginia was preceded in death by her parents, Clarence and Rebecca, her brother Richard Franklin, and her son Buddy Robert Coffman.

She is survived by her Children: William R Coffman, Rebecca A Hughes (Jimmie), Donna M McCullough (Toby) and Stacie Rae Curry (Reggie), Her Grandchildren; Christina, Kera, Joshua, Matthew, Steven, Tanner, Brian, Tyler, Felicia, Zachary, Angela, Sarah, Seanna, and Katie. 15 great grandchildren: Natalie, Dakota, MaKenzie, Ally, Jaxson, Hunter, Saige, Autumn, Addy, Zayne, Vincent, Myles, Taylor, Harper, and Harvey.

A visitation will be held 12:00 – 1:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 10, 2024, at the Vaughn-Aufranc Funeral Home, with a services at 1:00pm at the funeral Home. Interment will follow at the Dearborn Cemetery, Dearborn, MO. Memorial contributions can be given in Virginia’s memory to the Saint Dominic High School O’Fallon, MO.
