ATCHISON COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just after 7p.m. Thursday in Atchison.
A Ford Taurus driven by Sharon Sowers, 64, Atchison, had been northbound on 10th Street at U.S. 59 in Atchison, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
The Ford collided with a westbound Chevrolet pickup driven by John Garrison, 75, Atchison.
EMS transported both drivers and a 42-year-old passenger in the Ford to Amberwell Hospital for evaluation.
Police released no additional details.
