Crews with Herzog, working with the Missouri Department of Transportation, completed work on the southbound lanes on Pigeon Creek Bridge just south of Saint Joseph Wednesday. With that, work will start on the north lanes of both Pigeon Creek and Bee Creek bridges, with work slated to finish there by early June. After that, crews will resurface I-29 starting in August.

I-29 will be narrowed to one lane each direction, with an 11-fot width restriction.

Resurfacing is currently scheduled to be complete by October.
