Dorothy Christian, 102, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Sunday, March 29, 2026.
She was born April 25, 1923 to William and Bertha M. (Watson) Christian.
Dorothy spent part of her working life at Whitaker Cable and later at Farmer State Bank.
She enjoyed getting her hair done and appreciated the care and pride that came with looking her best. She also loved spending time with her niece and nephews, and those moments together were among the most meaningful in her life.
She was preceded in death by her parents; siblings, Gerald, Bill, and Emma Lou Christian, and Wanda Adams.
Survivors include her nephews, Terry, JD, and Gerald Christian; many great nieces and nephews.
Graveside Farewell Services and Inurnment 10:00 A.M. Friday, April 17, Brethren Church Cemetery, Plattsburg, Missouri.
