ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement authorities are investigating a wanted suspect after an arrest.
On Tuesday, police arrested 55-year-old Rick B. Ross of Overland Park, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson. Ross was jailed on a Johnson County warrant for an alleged violation of a protection order.
Police released no additional details.
