Sheriff's Office seeking public's help locating missing Brown Co man

The Brown County Sheriff's Office is seeking the public's assistance in locating 37-year-old Patrick Ryan McCaffery, who went missing on January 12. McCaffery was last seen walking southbound on U.S. Highway 73 from Hiawatha toward Horton. Described as a 6-foot-1 Black male with a black afro and goatee, he was wearing a brown coat, Dickie's brand black pants, an Under Armour shirt, and black shoes. McCaffery left his Padonia, Kansas home on the morning of January 12 without his wallet, ID, or phone, and has not returned.
