JEFFERSON COUNTY —A Nebraska man was injured in an accident just before 7a.m. Monday in Jefferson County.The Kansas Highway Patrol reported a 2011 Dodge Ram 2500 driven by Andrew Joseph Miller, 38, Valley Falls, was pulling into a gas station at 1420 K4 Highway in Valley Falls.&nbsp;The pickup struck Dennis L. Roth, 79, Wolbach, Nebraska, who was walking into the gas station store.EMS transported Roth to a Topeka hospital for treatment of serious injures, according to the KHP. Miller was not injured and properly restrained at the time of the accident, according to the KHP.
