ATCHISON COUNTY —Law enforcement are investigating a Missouri man on multiple allegations.
Just before 5p.m. on Monday, poice arrested 42-year-old Thomas A. Blankenship, 42, Rushville Mo, in the 10000 block of U.S. 59 on Buchanan County Missouri warrants for failure to register as a sex offender and non support, according to Atchison Police Chief Mike Wilson.
