Gary Winder 81, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Wednesday, July 9, 2025. He was born November 24, 1943 in St. Joseph, MO, son of Nadine Viola and Willard Winder. He graduated from Benton High School class of 1962, and he was in the Army Reserves. Gary worked at Boehringer Ingelheim in the Pharmaceutical Lab as a Supervisor.
He was preceded in death by his parents, a sister, Nancy Fredrickson, and a nephew, Steven E. Fredrickson. Survivors include: brother, James (Connie) Winder of Maine, nieces, Angie Giegerich, Tracy Kerner, and Stacey Skinsacos, and nephews, Scott and Stephen Winder.
Graveside funeral services and interment will be conducted on Thursday, July 10, 2025 at 10:30 am at the Mount Auburn Cemetery. Memorial are requested to Juvenile Diabetes or an organization of donors choice.
