Becky Stuber MacDonald, 54, Denver, Colorado, passed away Monday, December 22, 2025.

She was born May 8, 1972 to Robert Ronald and Mary Elizabeth (Bianchi) Stuber in St. Cloud, Minnesota.

Becky graduated from Central High School in 1990.

A proud University of Kansas alumna of Gamma Phi Beta, Becky carried the spirit of sisterhood and service throughout her entire life. Becky extended her education and obtained a Master of Arts degree in Sports Marketing from the University of Tennessee.

With a racket in hand and a determined spirit, Becky was an avid tennis player. Her love for the game led her to a meaningful career with the United States Tennis Association (USTA) after college.

She transitioned her professional career into one focused on her love of animals and their care and happiness. As the founder of Fido’s Day Out Pet Sitting and Walking, she introduced the concept of curated dog care in the Denver market long before it was in vogue.

Above all, Becky was a wonderful mother. Her two children were the center of her universe, and she infused their lives with unconditional love, never-ending activities, and travel to wonderful places.

She was preceded in death by her daughter, Reese MacDonald; father, Dr. Robert “Bob” Stuber; and bonus dad, Don Eggebrecht.

Survivors include her daughter, Remy MacDonald of Denver, Colorado; mother, Mary Eggebrecht of St. Joseph, Missouri; sisters, Cathy Stuber of St. Joseph, Missouri, Laura Knox (Kollin) of Platte City, Missouri, Jennifer Osumi (Scott) of Costa Mesa, California, and Lisa Roy (Steve) of Rochester, Minnesota; love of her life and best friend, Michael MacDonald; numerous nieces and nephews.

Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1:00 P.M. Saturday, January 3, Meierhoffer Funeral Home & Crematory. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service.

She will be greatly missed.

Rock Chalk Beck.
