Patricia "Patty" Sue Gwinn 62, of St. Joseph, Missouri passed away Saturday December 31, 2022 in a St. Joseph, MO hospital. She was born May 18, 1960 in Des Moines, Iowa, daughter of the late Beverly and Richard Dillon.
She married David Gwinn on November 21, 1984 and he survives of the home. Patty graduated from East Buchanan High School, and worked at Mosaic Life Care Hospital as a Patient Financial services clerk. She loved animals especially her cats, she also enjoyed spending time with her family.
Patty was preceded in death by her parents, sisters, Dixie Lynn Smith, and brother, Roger Dillon.
Survivors include: husband, David Gwinn of the home, daughter, Tara Gwinn, Oregon, MO., sons, Derick (Michelle) and Jayson Gwinn, St. Joseph, MO, grandchildren: Caroline McDowell, Ethan, Trenton, Annistyn, Dayton, Dalton, Devan, and Drennan Gwinn, sisters, Brenda White, Gloria Stout, and Debby (Jim) Sterzinger, as well as several nieces and nephews.
The family will receive friends from 6 - 8:00 pm on Friday at the Rupp Funeral Home.
