DAVIESS COUNTY—Two people were injured in an accident just before 1:30p.m. Wednesday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2008 Chevy Impala driven by 74-year-old Gallatin man was northbound on U.S. 69 at Route Y in Winston. The Chevy rear-ended a northbound 2022 Chevy Equinox driven by a 36-year-old Winston woman who was attempting a left turn
Daviess County EMS transported the SUV driver to Cameron Regional Medical Center and a 75-year-old passenger in the car to Mosaic in St. Joseph. The SUV driver was not wearing a seat belt, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
