Local families are invited to celebrate with first responders during the Hero Hunt Easter Egg Event on April 4. The festivities will take place behind City Hall from 2:00 - 4:00 p.m.

The main egg hunt is scheduled to begin at 2:30 p.m. and will be divided into three age categories:

  1. Ages 0 - 4
  2. Ages 5 - 8
  3. Ages 9 - 12

The event offers children the opportunity to meet local police officers, firefighters, and EMS personnel while getting an up-close look at emergency vehicles. In addition to the hunt, the afternoon will feature a visit from the Easter Bunny, raffles, giveaways, and special prize eggs hidden throughout the grounds.

Organizers encourage attendees to bring their own baskets for the hunt. The event is free and open to the public, focusing on fostering community connections between residents and local emergency services.
