A northwest Missouri man charged with killing an infant is jailed without bond this afternoon in Plattsburg. Missouri’s Casenet system says Dillon Ray Livingston of Gower was formally arraigned Wednesday and entered a plea of not guilty.
Bond has still been denied with a new bond hearing set for next week.
Officers were dispatched to a home in Gower on February 12th in regards to an unresponsive infant. The 5-month old, Jaxon Ray Livingston, was transported to Children’s Mercy Hospital where he was diagnosed with abusive head trauma.
The child died of his injuries on February 16th.
