ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect for alleged theft.
On Friday, police arrested 33-year-old Scott J. Holmes of Atchison on a District Court warrant for theft by deception, according Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He bonded out of jail over the weekend. In 2008, he was jailed for alleged burglary, according to online jail records.
