NODAWAY COUNTY —One person was injured in an accident just before 9a.m. Wednesday in Nodaway County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2016 Jeep Renegade driven by Anna R. Horn, 24, Maryville, was eastbound on U.S. 136 six miles east of Maryville.
The Jeep rear-ended a 2008 Sterling 8513 driven by Justin W. Bietz, 29, Stanberry, who had stopped to make a left turn.
A private vehicle transported Horn to Mosaic in Maryville. Bietz was not injured. Both drivers were properly restrained, according to the MSHP.
