St. Joseph police are investigating the crash of an all-terrain-vehicle off the 1000 block of 5th Avenue that left a man with severe injuries.
Police say they don’t have a lot to go on. Residents in the area heard the crash and called police who discovered a man in his 50s thrown from the ATV and seriously injured.
