Elsa Lorraine Moore. 43, passed away August 12, 2024. Born August 2, 1981 in St. Joseph, MO to Frederick S Moore Sr. & Luella May Harbord.
Elsa was preceeded in death by her father, Fred Moore, her brother Paul Mays and sister Gayle Cage.
Elsa leaves behind her children, Malik Steele, A'Miracle Lanier, Ezekiel Lanier, Rachel Morris, Elissa Lanier, and Teriseta Morris. Siblings, Michael Harbord, Luchsal "Shelly" Moore, Frederick Moore, Jr., Melva Moore, Vernail Moore, Tamika Collins, Brian Moore, Lisa Witherspoon, Eugene Moore, Michael Witherspoon, Michael Brown, George Miller, Jr., and James Kindred.
Funeral services will be held at a later date.
