Joanne Euler, 88, St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away Monday, November 24, 2025.

She was born August 20, 1937 to Harold and Carrie (Sorensen) Larsen in Bradgate, Iowa.

Joanne married William “Bill” Ralph Euler, Jr. on December 29, 1984.

She had a long and fulfilling career as a dental hygienist for over 30 years. Prior to fulltime retirement, she served two terms on the City Council of St. Joseph, Missouri.

A committed member of her community, Joanne found spiritual solace and fellowship at Ashland United Methodist Church.

A lifetime duplicate bridge player, her skill and love for the game earned her the prestigious title of Life Master from the American Contract Bridge League (ACBL). Further solidifying her legacy within the duplicate bridge community, she became a certified bridge director, spreading her love for the game by running her own club in Las Vegas.

Away from the card table, Joanne's adventurous spirit found solace and thrill in traveling. Alongside her beloved husband, Bill, she embarked on over seven years of full-time RV travel. Together, they explored the landscapes of the country, cruises, and excursions to other countries.

She was preceded in death by her parents, Harold and Carrie Larsen; stepdaughter, Brenda Stevens; brothers, Jerry and Larry Larsen.

Survivors include her husband, Bill, Jr.; children, Thomas Youngdahl (Diana), Janet Youngdahl (Rod Longstreet) and Andrea Youngdahl; stepsons, Bill Euler III (Nancy) and Jim Euler; grandchildren, Carrie Rosendahl (Pete Zachara), Erik Youngdahl, Joella Rosendahl and Blake Youngdahl (Blair); great-granddaughter, Lulie Youngdahl; numerous nieces and nephews.

Farewell Services and Public Livestream 1:00 P.M. Friday, December 5, Ashland United Methodist Church. The family will gather with friends one hour prior to the service. In lieu of flowers, the family suggests memorial contributions to Ashland United Methodist Church.
