DAVIESS COUNTY —Two people were injured in an accident just before 9:30p.m. Sunday in Daviess County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reported a 2014 Nissan Juke driven by a 69-year-old Des Moines, Iowa, woman was southbound on Interstate 35 seven miles south of Pattonsburg. The vehicle traveled off the west side of the road down an embankment, struck a cluster of trees and overturned.
Cameron ambulance transported the driver and a 68-year-old female passenger to Cameron Regional Medical Center. Both were properly restrained, according to the MSHP. The Patrol no longer releases names of accident victims.
