Derald "Dusty" Lee Boltz, 82, of St. Joseph, Missouri, passed away peacefully Wednesday, May 29th, 2024 with his wife by his side.
He was born June 17, 1941 in Wood River, Nebraska. In 1992, he met the love of his life, Billie, and they were married on April 22, 1995. Dusty was a hard working man, who worked in the trucking industry for over 50 years.
He is survived by his wife, Billie V. Boltz of the home, his son Derald Lee Boltz, Jr., daughter Jodi (Rod) Gleason, stepdaughters Diana Gregory, Terri Johnson and stepson Kevin (Tammy) Wilson and sister Karen Anderson. Dusty had many grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren and numerous cousins.
He was preceded in death by his mother; Rosamond and father; Vern Boltz, his son Tony Boltz; granddaugher Kaitlyn Wilson; and stepson Donald J. Wilson, Jr. and sisters Verna Anderson and Gloria McCoun.
The family will receive family and friends at Heaton-Bowman-Smith & Sidenfaden Chapel 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM Sunday, June 2, 2024. Funeral service Monday 10:00 AM at the funeral home. Interment Memorial Park Cemetery.
