Ronnie Witt, 77, of Edgerton, MO passed away, October 24, 2025.
He was born on October 5, 1948 to Russell Jackson and Ruby Mae (Rolston) Witt in Smithville, MO. Ronnie grew up near Edgerton and graduated from North Platte High School in 1966. Ronnie lived in Edgerton on his family farm his entire life.
Ronnie worked for Chamberlain Waterproofing in Kansas City for over 35 years. He enjoyed NASCAR, drinking PBR, fish fry’s, golfing, snow skiing, and loved being where the action was.
He was preceded in death by his parents, brother-in-law, Rex Gregg, and his nephew, Ryan Clark.
Ronnie is survived by his son, Matt (Rebecca) Witt; sisters, Sheila Gregg, Sandy Estes, and Doug (Shelley) Witt; several nieces and nephews, other relatives and MANY friends.
Funeral Service: 2:00 p.m. Wednesday, October 29th at Hixson-Klein Funeral Home in Smithville with visitation from 12:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service.
Burial: Ridgely Cemetery, Ridgely, MO.
