ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating an alleged domestic battery that occurred on March 31.
On April 21, police arrested 44-year-old Scott D. Keller, Jr., of Atchison, on a District Court warrant, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
Keller remains jailed on a $2500 bond, according to online jail records.
