Gregory Grant Boyer, of Savannah, Missouri, passed away peacefully Monday after a life well lived.
He was born on November 11, 1947, to Grant and Doris Boyer. A devoted father, grandfather, and friend, Greg will be remembered for his quiet strength, kind heart, and unwavering love for his family. Greg proudly served in the United States Air Force and dedicated over 30 years of his career to Continental Screw Conveyor. In his free time, he found joy in the outdoors—hunting, fishing, and flying RC airplanes and racing RC cars. Above all, he cherished the time spent with those he loved most.
He was preceded in death by his father Grant Boyer and his infant son, Michael.
Greg is survived by his mother, Doris Boyer; his brother Kent (Susie) Boyer; his children Jennifer (Todd) Donahoo, Jason (Amanda) Boyer and, Kelly (Skyler) Boyer; and his beloved grandchildren Piper and Parker Donahoo, Slater Routh, and Tucker Boyer.
Mr. Boyer has been cremated under the direction of Heaton-Bowman-Smith Savannah Chapel. Private family services will be held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the American Legion Post 287 in Greg’s honor.
