Route 116 through Plattsburg will narrow to one lane starting Thursday, August 20th. Havens Construction will be performing utility work, from 8 AM to 4 PM, August 20th, 21st, and 24th. The affected area is about ten blocks, between Clinton County Routes Y and C (Main Street).
