ATCHISON COUNTY—Law enforcement authorities are investigating a suspect on drug allegations.
Just after midnight Monday, police arrested 44-year-old Dustin R. Dudley of Atchison in the 700 block Commercial, according to Police Chief Mike Wilson.
He is being held on requested charges for possession of cocaine and possession of marijuana. Dudley had been taken into custody on a Municipal Court warrant for failure to appear in court after an officer on patrol had observed Dudley walking the area of the 700 block Commercial. Dudley was subsequently found to be in possession of cocaine and marijuana on his person.
