Deborah "Debbie" Jeanne (Seibert) Campbell, 72, of St. Joseph, passed away, April 23rd, 2026 at Living Community of St. Joseph. Debbie was born August 26th, 1953 to Carolyn (Hamme) and Robert Seibert
Debbie grew up in Pennsylvania before moving to Missouri. Debbie graduated from South Western High School in Hanover, PA.
Deborah was united in marriage to Dennis Kay Campbell on June 16, 1973 in Hanover, PA. The couple moved to St. Joseph where they raised their family, welcoming 3 children. Debbie worked for American Family Insurance Company, Chamber of Commerce, and the First Lutheran Church in administrative roles. Debbie enjoyed spending her time with family, enriching them with her hospitality, while treating them with her home cooked meals and baked goods. She also enjoyed the challenge of assembling jigsaw puzzles.
Surviving Debbie are: her son Matthew Campbell (Morgan), her daughters, Alison Anders and Laura Chandler (Shy); eight grandchildren; many other relatives and friends.
Preceding Debbie in death were her parents and beloved husband Dennis Kay Campbell(2023).
Memorial contributions are suggested to be directed to St. Jude's in loving memory of Deborah Campbell.
The funeral service for Debbie will be held on Monday, April 27th, 2026 at Heaton-Bowman-Smith-Sidenfaden Chapel starting at 1:30 PM. Debbie's sister, Shari Franey will officiate. Interment to follow at Memorial Park Cemetery in St. Joseph, Missouri.
